David Parker started tattooing under Robert Garcia in 2005 at Custom Tattoos From The Soul on Austin's own dirty sixth. From there he's worked at Larry and Justin Timming's Atomic Tattoos, Paco Cendon's Electric 13, Mike Iacono's Freedom Machine Tattoo, and Jeff Rasssier and Scott Sylvia's Black Heart Tattoo.
Traveling and getting tattooed deepened his understanding and connection with the craft. Visits to Great Wave Tattoo, Immaculate, Black Heart, Elm Street, Insight Studios, and Inksmith and Rogers were crucially formative to his style.
David's talented and eclectic approach to tattooing is centered around amplifying the ideas of his clients to create one-off designs. Label his style what you will. Really good tattoos are his specialty!
